患者 女,49岁。3年前确诊甲亢服他巴唑1年,头晕心悸,乏力3天,频发抽搐伴意识障碍4小时于1991年11月26日入院。心电图示Ⅲ度AVB。既往无高血压及心前区疼痛史。查体:体温37.3℃,血压15/8kPa。神志清楚。眼球轻度突出,甲状腺轻度肿大、对称,可闻血管性杂音。肺无异常。心界不大,心率45次/分,有停搏,各瓣膜区未闻病理性杂音。腹无异常。实验室检查:血红蛋白115g/L,白细胞12.4×10~9/L,血沉13mm/1h,血钾
Female patient, 49 years old. 3 years ago confirmed hyperthyroidism taking methimazole 1 year, dizziness, palpitations, fatigue 3 days, frequent convulsions with disturbance of consciousness 4 hours on November 26, 1991 admitted to hospital. ECG third degree AVB. No prior history of hypertension and precordial pain. Physical examination: body temperature 37.3 ℃, blood pressure 15 / 8kPa. Consciousness. Mild prominence of the eye, mild enlargement of the thyroid, symmetrical, can be heard vascular murmur. No abnormal lungs.
