用11~12周龄的CFW系雄性小鼠,连续3天给予微量铝、铍、镉、钴、铜、氟、汞、铟、镧、镁、锰、钴、镍、铅、锑、钪、硒、钍、钛、锆、钇、釩等21种金属。此后每天3次共6次腹腔注射。注射量用对2-硫代-6-氧代间氮苯苦味的味觉阈值发生变化的最小有效量。注射金属的第3天给抗原,注射结束的第2天进行免疫反应研究。对照组仅注射蒸馏水。
