随着医学科学和信息技术的快速发展,医学学术论文写作和医学期刊编辑出版的标准化、规范化的要求越来越严格。目前我国生物医学药学类期刊已达1 400多种,每年所刊发的学术论文数十万篇,但我们在长期的期刊编辑工作中发现,在众多的医学论文中发生引用、参考、著录、编译外文医学期刊期名不全、不规范、不标准、错漏及缩写语不正确等问题较为普遍,严重影响了论文和期刊的学术质量。
