脆弱性分析是指采用系统的方法对可能影响医院功能正常发挥和干扰医疗服务连续性的各种潜在危害加以识别,对其风险进行评估,确定应对重点,提出应对建议的过程。它对于提高医院管理者应急反应决策的科学性、正确性以及医院的整体应急反应能力具有十分重要的意义。其过程包括:背景描述、危害识别、风险评估、分类排序、综合分析、提出建议六个步骤。虽然风险评估矩阵存在着一定的局限,但仍不失为一种医院应急反应管理的实用工具。
Vulnerability analysis refers to a systematic approach to identify potential hazards that may affect the normal functioning of hospital functions and disrupt the continuity of medical services, assess their risks, identify priorities, and suggest ways to respond. It is of great significance to improve the scientific and correct decision-making of hospital managers in emergency response and the overall emergency response capability of the hospital. The process includes: background description, hazard identification, risk assessment, classification, comprehensive analysis, make recommendations six steps. Although the risk assessment matrix has some limitations, it is still a practical tool for hospital emergency response management.
