本文报告了1988年6月～1997年3月间收治的116例肝癌多发灶的病人，根据局部切除的原则和二期切除的理论，分别进行手术切除42例，术中单纯肝动脉结扎加各种插管综合治疗74例，其中5例进行了二期手术切除。认为以外科为主的综合治疗是肝癌多发灶治疗的重要手段。
This article reports 116 patients with multiple liver cancers who were admitted between June 1988 and March 1997. According to the principle of local resection and the theory of secondary resection, 42 patients underwent surgical resection and intraoperative hepatic artery ligation plus each Seventy-four cases were treated with integrated intubation, of which 5 cases underwent secondary resection. It is considered that surgical-based comprehensive treatment is an important method for the treatment of multiple lesions of liver cancer.
