学习是需要付出艰苦的劳动的。但是,学生在艰苦学习的过程中,要是没有胜利的欢乐作为“反馈”,尝不到“苦学”后的喜悦,学习的信心就会动摇,学习的兴趣就会降低,甚至会产生厌烦情绪,学习的积极性和主动性就调动不起来。我们经常把科学知识比成“堡垒”,那么学生就是攻打“堡垒”的勇土,教师就是指挥者、就是向导。教师带领学生沿着崎岖的小路去攻坚,学生本来是兴致勃勃的,但由于道路的艰险,困难接踵而来,如果向导和指挥者只让他们猛打苦攻,却不注意智取;只布置任务,不教给完成任务的方法;只管夸大困难,不告诉他们如何去克服困难,使之在前进路上不断受到挫折,挫折过多,其兴趣必然不会持久。久而久之,勇气也会丧尽,求知的火花随时有熄灭的可能。

Just exaggerating the difficulties, not telling them how to overcome the difficulties, causing them to continue to suffer setbacks and frustrations on the way forward, their interests will inevitably not last long. Over time, the courage will be exhausted, the spark of knowledge may be extinguished at any time.
