在高频感应-惰气熔融库仑法测定金属中氧时,由于使用了含镁的镍囊,致使仪器的氧空白值与试样中氧含量都获得偏低的结果。本文叙述了通过对各种镍中杂质的定性、定量分析,找出了使结果偏低的原因是镁在其中起作用。作者从金属氧化物的生成自由能、金属的沸点与蒸汽压的数据探讨了镁对金属中氧测定影响的机理,并用纯金属镁带加入镍囊中进一步加以验证。对如何抑止镁的影响也作了试验,找出了锡-镁之间合适的比例,从而克服了镁对金属中氧测定的影响,保证了金属中氧测定的准确性。
In the high-frequency induction - inert gas melting coulometric determination of metal oxygen, due to the use of nickel-containing magnesium capsule, resulting instrument oxygen blank value and sample oxygen content results are low. This paper describes the qualitative and quantitative analysis of impurities in various nickel and finds out that the reason for the low result is that magnesium plays a role. Based on the data of free energy of metal oxide, boiling point and vapor pressure of metal oxide, the mechanism of the effect of magnesium on determination of oxygen in metal was investigated and the mechanism was further verified by adding pure metal magnesium band to nickel capsule. How to suppress the effect of magnesium has also been tested to identify the appropriate ratio of tin - magnesium to overcome the impact of magnesium on the determination of oxygen in the metal, to ensure the accuracy of the determination of oxygen in the metal.
