用X光,光学金相显微镜对Zr_(70)Ni_(30)非晶箔带结晶过程进行了研究,发现Zr_(70)Ni_(30)非晶箔带在自由面先结晶;之后,在表面结晶向内部扩展的同时,淬火晶核开始长大。此外,发现试样退火过程表面有少量氧化,而自由表面氧化程度往往比铜轮接触面要大。氧化,结晶均从自由面开始,可能与自由面晶体缺陷较多,表面活化程度较高有关。
The crystallization process of Zr 70 Ni 30 amorphous ribbons was studied by X-ray and optical microscope. It was found that Zr 70 Ni 30 amorphous ribbon was crystallized on the free surface first, Crystallization to the internal expansion at the same time, the quenched nuclei began to grow. In addition, it was found that the surface of the sample annealed a small amount of oxidation, while the free surface oxidation is often greater than the contact area of the copper wheel. Oxidation and crystallization start from the free surface, which may be related to the free surface crystal defects and the higher degree of surface activation.
