目前,在各种植物油散运方式中,铁路运输以其运量大、成本低起着无可替代的作用。据统计,全国粮食部门拥有自备油罐火车1500辆左右,实际运输植物油占70％以上。但是,由于各方面原因,还没有形成一套完整、有效的管理体制,造成自备油罐火车使用效率较低,直接影响了植物油的经营。本文试图从强化企业内部管理、搞好外部协作两方面对解决这一问题提出一些粗浅的看法。
At present, in all kinds of vegetable oil bulk mode of transport, rail transport with its large capacity, low cost plays an irreplaceable role. According to statistics, about 1500 domestic-owned tank trains are owned by the grain department of the country and the actual transportation of vegetable oil accounts for more than 70%. However, due to various reasons, a complete and effective management system has not yet been formed, which has caused the inefficient use of self-provided tank trains and has a direct impact on the operation of vegetable oil. This article tries to put forward some superficial opinions on how to solve this problem from the aspects of strengthening internal management and improving external cooperation.
