为了推进全面建设小康社会进程,甘肃省委决定从2012年开始,在全省开展以单位联系贫困村、干部联系贫困户为主要内容的“联村联户、为民富民”行动,这是实现甘肃与全国同步进入小康社会的战略决策,必将推动甘肃经济社会全面协调可持续发展。
In order to promote the process of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, the Gansu Provincial Party Committee decided to start from 2012 onwards with the principle of linking the poor villages and cadres with poor households as the main content in the whole province. Is a strategic decision to realize Gansu’s simultaneous entry into a well-off society with the whole country and will surely promote the all-round, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development in Gansu Province.
