目的探讨对缓慢性心律失常患者采用双腔心脏起搏器治疗的临床效果,并观察其对患者心功能的影响。方法本组收集2013年12月—2015年2月接诊的缓慢性心律失常患者50例,均给予双腔心脏起搏器植入术进行治疗,治疗后对所有患者进行为期6个月的随访观察,对比患者治疗前后的症状积分与心功能变化情况。结果治疗后6个月时患者的各项临床评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后6个月时患者的心率(HR)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)等指标明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论对缓慢性心律失常患者采用双腔心脏起搏器进行治疗疗效显著,且可有效改善患者的心功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double-chamber pacemaker treatment in patients with bradyarrhythmia and to observe their influence on cardiac function. Methods Fifty patients with bradyarrhythmia who received admissions from December 2013 to February 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with double-chamber pacemaker implantation. After treatment, all patients were followed up for 6 months Observation, comparison of patients before and after treatment of symptom scores and cardiac function changes. Results All clinical scores of patients at 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). Heart rate (HR), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI) and other indicators were significantly better than before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of patients with bradyarrhythmia with double chamber pacemaker is effective and can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function, which is worthy of clinical application.
