目的：颈部皮下肿块超声图像的诊断体会。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的颈部皮下肿块15例的声像图特征。结果15例中多形性腺瘤4例，舍格林综合征1例，黏液表皮样癌1例，海绵状血管瘤2例，淋巴结结核2例，淋巴结转移性癌2例，表皮角质囊肿2例，多发性皮脂腺囊瘤1例，超声图像均显示为低弱回声，缺乏特异性。结论总结超声图像特征，分析诊断体会，积累经验，提高超声诊断的准确性。“,”Objective purpose and neck ultrasound image diagnosis of subcutaneous masses. Methods Retrospective analysis of surgery and pathology confirmed 15 cases of Ultrasonographic characteristics in subcutaneous masses in the neck. Results in 15 cases of 4 cases with Pleomorphic adenoma, Sjogren syndrome 1 example,1 case of Mucoepidermoid carcinoma,cavernous Angioma in 2 cases,2 cases of tuberculosis of the lymph nodes,lymph node metastatic carcinoma in 2 cases,2 cases of epidermal keratin cysts,1 case of multiple Sebaceous Cyst, weak echo ultrasound images appear as low,the lack of specificity. Conclusion summary characteristics of ultrasound images,analysis and diagnosis,gain experience,improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis.
