近来,香港中文大学经济学教授郎咸平通过公开的资料与企业案例分析,频频抨击国有企业改革中的经营层收购,认为在这一过程中存在国有资产的大量流失,并进而认为当前国有企业产权改革方向中存在严重误区。郎咸平的观点犹如一块巨大投石,在本来就不平静的国企改革以及证券市场的港湾中激起了层层涟漪:同意者大有人在,持异议者也不乏其人,你争我议,各具所见。
