我国产权市场执着于模仿和转型为证券市场,但多次尝试均未成功,造成这一状况的原因:一是产权市场自身的不足;二是源于现有法律政策的禁止性规定。要继续发展不能仅仅把眼光盯在证券市场,而是立足非标准化产权交易的实际,抓住产权体制改革的机遇,紧盯国际创新的趋势,在资产证券化、产权证券化上进行有益探索。
The property market in our country is dedicated to imitating and transforming into securities market. However, many unsuccessful attempts have resulted in the following reasons: firstly, the deficiencies of the property market itself; secondly, the prohibition provisions arising from the existing laws and policies. To continue the development, we should not just focus on the stock market. Instead, we should seize the opportunity of the reform of property rights system and focus on the trend of international innovation based on the reality of non-standardized property rights transactions. We should make a useful exploration on asset-backed securities and property-backed securities.
