《南都周刊》记者检阅了近年来各种研究报告,并询问了相关研究者,最终发现,有机食品虽然农残要低一些,但对健康并不会有实质益处;看似安全,实际上也有毒性;而且它们还耗费着巨大的、看不见的资源。
