靖安油田长4+5、长6油藏部分油井伴生气含量较高。从开采特征角度看,目前地层和生产井底附近脱气现象严重,伴生气产量较高,一般为原始溶解气油比的1~3.5倍;地层压力高的井比地层压力低的井产气量低。从伴生气的组成看,套管气量占总气量的2/3以上;随着含水率的上升,伴生气产量越来越低,当含水率达到70%以后,产气量很少或基本不产气;产气量变化有着明显的阶段性特征。根据测试研究,大路沟二区、白于山区套管气占总伴生气量的1/2~2/3,要充分利用好伴生气资源,就必须要解决伴生气、套管气的回收和利用问题。目前比较成熟的回收利用套管气的工艺技术主要有3种,即定压放气阀回收工艺,对储罐加温、降回压井组取暖工艺和安装燃气发电机工艺。

At present, there are mainly three kinds of process technologies for recovering and using casing gas, namely, the process of recovering the fixed-pressure blow-off valve, warming the storage tank, lowering the heating process of the kill well and installing the gas generator process.
