患者女,20岁。左侧大腿根部肿痛1年,加重1个月。患者1年前自觉左侧大腿根部疼痛,疼痛有明显规律性,似随月经周期变化,月经来潮后疼痛加剧,干净后疼痛缓解。体检:左侧大腿根部可触及不规则肿块,质软,界不清,无明显压痛及红肿。MR平扫见左侧大腿根部股四头肌内团状不规则分叶状肿块信号,与周围组织界限清晰,肿块呈膨胀性改变,推移挤压致周边肌肉变薄;T1WI为较均匀高信号;T2WI部分病灶为高信
