笔者分析了外商直接投资对各个城市经济发展过程中技术效率的影响状况。一是利用长江三角洲地区25个城市2004~2011年的面板数据,采取随机前沿生产方法,估算了25个城市的技术效率水平,得出25个城市的技术效率值差异较大,且总的平均技术效率呈现逐年下降趋势的结论;二是利用变系数回归模型,分析各个城市的FDI对其技术效率的影响,得出差异较大的结论。
The author analyzes the impact of foreign direct investment on the technical efficiency in the economic development of various cities. First, panel data of 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2004 to 2011 were used to estimate the technical efficiency of 25 cities using stochastic frontier production methods. The results showed that the technical efficiency of 25 cities varied greatly and the total average Technical efficiency shows a declining trend year by year conclusion; the second is the use of variable coefficient regression model to analyze the impact of FDI in various cities on its technical efficiency, come to large differences.
