本文综述了以聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸及其共聚物为生物降解材料 ,制备疫苗微粒投递系统的常用方法 ,讨论了影响微粒特性的主要因素 ,并着重介绍了近年来聚乳酸及其共聚物在疫苗微粒投递系统的研究进展。
In this paper, the common methods of preparation of vaccine particle delivery system using polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid and their copolymers as biodegradable materials are reviewed.
