采用溶液培养方法,研究茉莉酸对玉米幼苗叶片抗镉性的影响。结果表明,镉胁迫显著提高玉米叶片丙二醛(MDA)、H_2O_2含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性,降低过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性,降低叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量及生物量。与单独镉胁迫相比,外源茉莉酸处理可显著提高镉胁迫下叶片CAT、POD、APX和GR活性,显著提高叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量及生物量,显著降低镉胁迫下叶片MDA和H_2O_2含量,从而缓解其造成的伤害。结果表明,外源茉莉酸可明显提高玉米幼苗叶片的抗氧化能力和光合色素含量,从而增加生物量的积累,缓解镉胁迫造成的伤害。
The effects of jasmonic acid on the cadmium resistance of maize seedling leaves were studied by solution culture method. The results showed that cadmium stress significantly increased malondialdehyde (MDA), H 2 O 2 content and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione transferase (GST), glutathione Peroxidase (GPX) activity, POD, APX and GR activities were decreased, and the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid were decreased and the content of chlorophyll b, Biomass. Exogenous jasmonic acid could significantly increase the activities of CAT, POD, APX and GR in leaves under cadmium stress and significantly increase the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids and biomass, as well as the leaf contents under cadmium stress MDA and H_2O_2 content, so as to alleviate the harm caused by it. The results showed that exogenous jasmonic acid could significantly increase the antioxidant capacity and photosynthetic pigment content of maize seedling leaves, thereby increasing the accumulation of biomass and alleviating the damage caused by cadmium stress.
