“汽车下乡”已实施一年多。从目前的实施情况来看,这对拉动内需,稳定经济卓有成效。这一政策有助于拉动农村汽车消费,对促进农村交通工具更新换代,有效地改善农村运输落后局面,加快社会主义新农村建设都将起到重大的作用。但随着政策的实施,农村市场售后服务网点不足,售后服务规范缺乏统一的标准,补贴申报程序繁琐等难题成为制约汽车下乡进一步发展的瓶颈。可以说,汽车下乡取得显著成效,如若进一步巩固汽车下乡成果,需要政策进一步支持。

However, with the implementation of the policy, insufficient after-sales service outlets in the rural market, lack of uniform standards in after-sales service specifications, and cumbersome subsidy reporting procedures have become the bottlenecks restricting the further development of automobiles to the countryside. It can be said that cars have achieved remarkable results in rural areas. If further efforts are made to consolidate the achievements of automobiles in rural areas, further policy support is needed.
