病历摘要患者男,54岁,棉农。因多饮、多尿2月余,四肢弛缓性瘫痪3天于1989年3月9日入院。患者2月前,出现口渴、多饮,日饮水5热水瓶余,尿急、尿频、尿量约6000ml/d,夜尿4～5次。1月前,感髋部疼痛,并向胸、腰部及四肢扩展,疼痛呈持续性,活动后加重。同时四肢无力,以双下肢重,下蹲起立无力,逐渐加重。10余天患者厌食。恶心、进食呕吐、腹胀。近3日四肢弛缓性瘫痪,颈肌无力伴咳嗽,气促。既往无糖尿病病史;家族史无特殊。
