应用PWC_(170)、VO_2max等生理指标测评运动员的训练效果,为选拔PWC_(170)、VO_2max值高的运动员作为主力队员参赛提供实验依据。
In 1997, before the Fifth National University Athletics Games, we measured the PWC_ (170), VO_2max, pulse pressure and hemoglobin content of the high-level track and field teams in our college at the beginning, middle and late training days. (170), VO_2max values showed no significant difference, and are lower than the average value of the average athlete in the Karpman data. However, individual athletes reaching or approaching the “average” achieved the highest scores in the competition. Pulse pressure, hemoglobin content also did not change significantly. The PWC_ (170), VO_2max and other physiological indexes were used to evaluate the training effect of the athletes, which provided the experimental basis for selecting the athlete with PWC_ (170) and VO_2max as the main players.
