现有时研究成果表明,贸易便利化的收益大大超过政府和企业实施贸易便利化战略的成本。消除贸易的非效率比降低或消除关税壁垒的收益要高许多,它与降低关税同样重要。贸易便利化并不妨碍政府实施必要的管理,而且可以加强守法。
The current research shows that the benefits of trade facilitation far outweigh the costs of implementing trade facilitation strategies by governments and enterprises. Eradicating trade inequities is much more profitable than reducing or eliminating tariff barriers, and it is as important as reducing tariffs. Trade facilitation does not prevent the government from exercising the necessary management and can strengthen law-abiding.
