由压力管与工作模同心轴排列成模芯,在拉拔时,由于流体(润滑剂)动力作用,运动的钢丝不断地将润滑剂带入,在压力管与工作模相邻附近的口腔内形成高压区,因而实现强迫润滑拉拔。它比一般润滑拉拔具有很多优点。高压区润滑剂压力很高,是一般高压泵难以达到的。本文通过实验测定及理论分析证实高压区的形成,存在及其压力值的大小,并指出影响其压力值的有关参数。
