创新是一个国家、一个民族不断发展的动力,创新型人才的培养更是一个国家综合国力增强的重要后盾。大学音乐教育作为实施素质教育的重要阵地,在帮助人积聚灵感,激发创造性思维,培养当今社会需要的知识型人才和创新型人才等方面有着不可替代的重要性,因此,在国际竞争日益激烈的时代,我们应该积极重视和发挥大学音乐教育在人才创新素质培养中的地位和作用。本文主要针对现当代大学生创造性思维缺失和能力下降的现象,对产生此种现象的原因进行分析,并对大学音乐教育与人才创新素质的培养提出了一些意见和见解。
Innovation is the impetus for the constant development of a country and a nation. Cultivating innovative talents is an important backing for the country’s overall national strength. As an important front for carrying out quality education, university music education plays an irreplaceable role in helping people to gather inspiration, stimulate creative thinking and cultivate knowledge-based talents and innovative talents needed by the society. Therefore, in the increasingly fierce international competition In the age, we should attach importance to and give full play to the status and function of university music education in the cultivation of innovative qualities of talented people. This paper mainly focuses on the phenomenon of lack of creative thinking and ability of contemporary undergraduates, analyzes the causes of such phenomena, and puts forward some opinions and opinions on the cultivation of university music education and talents’ innovative qualities.
