餐饮具是人们进食和盛放事物所必需的工具,如果忽视餐具消毒关,必然致使餐具成为肠道致病菌和其他一些传染病的重要媒介,我地区卫生防疫站根据《食品卫生法》和《餐饮具消毒卫生标准》之规定,对餐饮具的消毒情况进行了彻底的摸底检查,采用的是“大肠菌群快速纸片法”监测餐饮具消毒,取样447份,调查结果见附表。
