企业管理的现代化,一方面是现代化大生产的客观要求;一方面又是一定生产关系的客观要求。社会主义国家的企业管理现代化,就是现代化大生产和社会主义生产关系的要求相结合的管理。现代化大生产具有两个主要特征:一是采用机器体系进行大规模生产,有系统地把现代科学技术知识运用于生产;二是劳动的社会化。从一个企业来看,是一个既有严密分工,又有高度协作的复杂的生产体系。而各个工业企业之间以及它们同农业和其他经济单位之间,又都有密切的技术经济联系。离开了这种联系,工业生产就不能进行。现代化工业大生产对企业管理现代化的客观要求是:
The modernization of enterprise management, on the one hand, is the objective requirement of modern large-scale production; on the other hand, it is an objective requirement of certain production relations. The modernization of enterprise management in socialist countries is the combination of the requirements of modernized large-scale production and socialist production relations. Modern large-scale production has two main characteristics: First, it adopts a machine system for large-scale production, systematically applies modern scientific and technical knowledge to production, and second, it is the socialization of labor. From a company’s point of view, it is a complex production system with a tight division of labor and a high degree of collaboration. And there are close technical and economic links between various industrial enterprises and between them and agricultural and other economic units.
