党的十一届三中全会以来,在解放思想、实事求是的思想路线指引下,我国社会主义文艺生产力获得极大的解放,文艺事业获得辉煌的进步,出现空前的繁荣。党的十四大召开后,深化改革,扩大开放,发展社会主义市场经济,为社会主义文艺事业的发展注入了新的活力,带来了新的生机。从去年开始,全国各地以实际行动贯彻落实江泽民总书记和党中央关于繁荣文学创作的重要指示,为改善作家的创作条件,陆续开始建立文学创作、研讨、活动和交流的场所设施。至今已有6个省、市(自治区)作
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, guided by the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, the productive forces of socialism in our country have been greatly liberated and the cause of literature and art has enjoyed brilliant progress with unprecedented prosperity. After the convening of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deepening reform, opening wider to the outside world and developing the socialist market economy have infused new vitality and brought new vitality to the development of the socialist cause of literature and art. Since last year, all localities have taken concrete actions to implement General Secretary Jiang Zemin and the important instructions of the CPC Central Committee on the prosperity of literary creation. In order to improve the writer’s creative conditions, they have gradually started to establish places and facilities for literary creation, discussion, activities and exchanges. So far, 6 provinces and municipalities (autonomous regions) have done
