卡比多巴(carbidopa)为强力的 L-芳香氨基酸脱羧酶抑制剂,与左旋多巴合并应用时,能抑制外周多巴脱羧酶的作用,从而减少多巴在脑外的耗损,维持脑内较高的多巴胺(DA)含量,同时能显著减轻左旋多巴的外周副作用,临床可作为左旋多巴的重要辅助药用于震颤麻痹症的治疗。我们用荧光分光光度法测定小鼠脑内多巴胺含量,证实了国产卡比多巴的药理作用。实验动物为雌性小鼠,体重17~23g,禁食18小时后,分为对照组和给药组,每组4只。分别给于1%甲基纤维素液(0.4ml/只)和卡比多巴
