本文探讨了国内高校工程实践教育中存在的主要问题——学生工程实践能力不强,并分析现有工程教育中问题所在。同时,对现有的工程实践培养模式的优势和不足进行剖析,提出一种现代大学教育体制下的工程实践“本导制”培养模式,解释该模式可能的优势所在,并根据所在学院特点和实际情况,逐步建立一种“本导制”培养模式的雏形,通过几年的实际运作和成效分析,本科学生工程实践能力得到有效提升,社会认可度逐步提升。
This article explores the main problems that exist in engineering practice education in colleges and universities in our country - the student engineering practice ability is not strong, and analyzes the existing problems in engineering education. At the same time, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current engineering practice training mode, puts forward a kind of training mode of engineering practice under the modern university education system, explains the possible advantages of this mode, Characteristics and actual conditions, and gradually establish a prototype of “this guide ” training mode. Through years of actual operation and effectiveness analysis, undergraduate engineering practice ability has been effectively improved, and social acceptance gradually increased.
