本研究采用软X射线和6 0 Coγ射线照射外源DNA ,通过花粉管通道将外源DNA直接导入大豆。结果表明 :不同的射线、不同的剂量照射使DNA的紫外吸收值发生变化 ,并影响导入后代的出苗率 ,使后代在第一代发生变异。
In this study, exogenous DNA was irradiated with soft X-ray and 60Coγ-ray, and the foreign DNA was directly introduced into soybean via pollen tube channel. The results showed that different doses of radiation and radiation could change the UV absorbance of DNA and affect the germination rate of the introduced progeny, which made the offspring mutate in the first generation.
