目的研究蕨菜黄酮提取物的急性毒性与潜在的致突变性。方法采用小鼠经口急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果蕨菜黄酮提取物在小鼠经口实验中的LD50>20.0 g·kg-1;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。结论文中实验条件下,蕨菜黄酮提取物经口的LD50>20.0 g·kg-1,属无毒级,未见有致突变作用。
Objective To study the acute toxicity and potential mutagenicity of flavonoids from Pteridium aquilinum. Methods Mice oral acute toxicity test, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test, mouse sperm abnormality test. Results The results showed that the LD50> 20.0 g · kg-1 of the experimental group was lower than that of the experimental group. The results of micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test of the bone marrow cells of mice were all negative. Conclusion Under the experimental conditions, the feruline flavonoids extract oral LD50> 20.0 g · kg-1, is a non-toxic grade, no mutagenic effect.
