我们自1972年春至1973年夏,共采用过两个年度的病区水粮,饲养大白鼠三批。这三批鼠各自有不同的实验目的。在实验饲养期间,三批鼠都有相当大的百分比发生了急性大片肝坏死。这一意外情况,重复出现,引起了我们注意.现将该病的发生情况、病理变化和所用水粮的分析结果,结合有关文献资料,记述如下。
From the spring of 1972 to the summer of 1973, we used a total of two batches of ward water and fed three batches of rats. These three batches of rats each have different experimental purposes. During experimental feeding, a significant percentage of three batches of rats developed acute large necrosis of the liver. This unexpected situation, recurring, has drawn our attention now the incidence of the disease, pathological changes and the results of the analysis of water used, with the relevant literature, described below.
