急性减压病是指潜水员因减压过速,组织和血液中产生气泡导致血液循环障碍和组织损伤的职业病。此病在水电系统及沿海地区常见,但每因现场无加压治疗装备而带来治疗困难。笔者采用水下再加压治疗2例,效果满意,报告如下。
Acute decompression sickness refers to occupational diseases caused by the decompression of the diver due to decompression, tissue and blood bubbles resulting in blood circulation disorders and tissue damage. The disease is common in hydropower systems and coastal areas, but causes treatment difficulties due to no pressurized treatment equipment on site. I used sub-pressure and pressure treatment in 2 cases, the results are satisfactory, the report is as follows.
