1996年5月至1999年4月,我院应用高分子材料吸收性缝线,行全子宫切除腹部切口缝合200例,术后勿需拆线,效果满意,现报道如下。1 材料与方法1.1 研究对象:选择1996年5月至1999年4月在我院妇科行全子宫切除患者400例随机分为两组,应用美国强生公司4/0可吸收性合成缝线全子宫切除腹部切口(无论纵切口或横切口)皮内缝合200例为观察组;随机抽取间期全子宫切除腹部切口(包括纵切口或横切口)传统丝线缝合200例作为对照组。两组病人随机选择手术方式、手术指征、病人年龄、营养状态等均无差异,均采用连续硬膜外麻醉全子宫切除术,术后常规应用抗生素预防感染。腹部丝线缝合者按常规方法进行。
