2016年4月份我校刚刚组织物理教师对《二力平衡》这节课进行同课异构,笔者聆听了老师们不同风格的课堂教学活动,参与了议课=、评课等环节;6月份笔者有幸作为评委参与江苏丹阳市新教师招聘的课堂考核环节,本次课堂考核的题目也是《二力平衡》,要求是选手利用10分钟时间模拟课堂活动,从而体现出选手的整体教学能力,以便选拔录用。在聆听了招聘选手模拟课堂的预案中,笔者发现他们预案的很多思路在同课异构的实际课堂活动有所体现。笔者通过分析两次教学活动中出现的问题,找寻教师成长的着力点、路径,
In April 2016, our school just organized physical teachers to carry out lectures on “Balance of Two Weights” in different lectures.
