进入21世纪以来,社会经济、科技飞速发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,社会各界在追求物质生活的基础上,也更加关注精神享受,关注文化建设。众所周知,图书馆是我国文化发展的重要组成部分,是人们学习的重要场所,各地区的基层图书馆建设水平直接体现着该区域的文化水平。随着信息化技术的迅猛发展,基层图书馆的现代化建设也逐渐提上了日程。为了满足人们不断增强的对文化的需求程度,将移动图书馆运用到基层图书馆建设中已经是大势所趋。它能够提升图书馆的服务水平,为人们提供更为便捷的文化服务,并更好的适应社会发展的需要。针对这样的现象,本文就结合我国各地区基层图书馆的建设现状,简单阐述一下如何将移动图书馆应用到基层图书馆中,从而提升区域文化水平,促进社会主义文化事业的进一步发展。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, people’s living standard has been gradually raised. All sectors of society have also paid more attention to spiritual enjoyment and concern for cultural development on the basis of pursuing material life. As we all know, the library is an important part of the cultural development of our country and an important place for people to study. The level of grassroots library construction in each region directly reflects the cultural level of the region. With the rapid development of information technology, the modernization of grassroots libraries has gradually been put on the agenda. In order to meet people’s ever-increasing demand for culture, it is an inevitable trend to apply mobile libraries to the construction of grassroots libraries. It can improve the library’s service level, provide people with more convenient cultural services, and better adapt to the needs of social development. In response to this phenomenon, this article combines the current situation of grassroots library construction in various regions of our country to briefly explain how to apply the mobile library to the grassroots library so as to enhance the regional cultural level and promote the further development of socialist culture.
