目的掌握蚌埠市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量动态水平,为放射工作场所的安全防护以及职业人员的健康监护提供依据。方法于2004~2007年以蚌埠市放射工作人员为研究对象,采用热释光法监测,使用Excel等计算机程序对本地区的个人剂量数据分年度进行统计分析。结果4年总体人均剂量当量为2.321m sv/a;年剂量当量<5m sv的人员占监测人员的87.28%。工业X线探伤工作人员的4年平均人均年有效剂量最高,为2.617mSv/a,医用X线诊断人数占放射工作人员的80.98%,人均年剂量当量为乡镇、县级医院高于省、市级医院,差异均有显著性。结论蚌埠市大部分放射工作人员的工作环境是安全的,今后要加强对乡镇卫生院和工业X线探伤防护的监督监测。
Objective To grasp the dynamic level of individual dose of radiation exposure of radiation workers in Bengbu, and provide the basis for the safety protection of radiation work place and the health guardianship of professionals. Methods The radiation workers in Bengbu City from 2004 to 2007 were selected as the research objects, monitored by thermoluminescence method, and the personal dose data in this area were statistically analyzed by using the computer program such as Excel. Results The average per capita equivalent dose for 4 years was 2.321m sv / a; 87.28% of the monitors were for the annual dose equivalent <5m sv. The average annual effective dose of industrial X-ray detection staff is the highest in 4 years, 2.617mSv / a, while the number of medical X-ray diagnosis accounts for 80.98% of the radiation workers. The annual per capita equivalent dose is the township and the county-level hospitals are higher than the provincial and municipal hospitals Grade hospitals, the differences were significant. Conclusion The working environment of most radiation workers in Bengbu City is safe. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection of township hospitals and industrial X-ray flaw detection and protection.
