拖拉机是农业机械化必不可少的农业机械,中国每年生产销售的拖拉机总量超过20万台。随着拖拉机的普及应用,也不断出现一些设计匹配方面的问题,其中以动力不足问题尤为突出。国内某73.5kW(100hp)拖拉机在旋耕作业时,司机感觉工作一段时间,水温升高后,车辆动力不足,尤其是水温在85℃以上(还没开锅),发动机明显动力下降,温度越高,下降越大。其表现为,车速下降,冒黑烟,发动机容易熄火。拖拉机及其发动机主要参数见表1。
