滚压加工是利用金属的塑性,使零件表面层的金属在外界压力的作用下,承受残余变形,从而达到改变其形状、尺寸和性能。由于塑性变形的结果,使金属零件的表面得到了强化。使强度极限和屈服点增高,提高表面的硬度和光洁度,从而使零件的抗疲劳强度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性等都有显著改善。根据滚轮式滚压加工的特点,可分为两种:即光整滚压和强化滚压。光整滚压主要用于提高零件表面的光洁度,使用压力较小,表面滚压层较薄;
