从序关系的角度研究多准则决策问题,提出了基于序关系和粗糙集理论的多准则决策方法的系统流程.针对传统定性转换方法信息丢失和导致信息表不一致的缺陷,提出了一种新的定量转换方法,将有序表转换成两两比较表.给出了基于粗糙集的改进RG序规则挖掘算法,并将其应用于两两比较表上以获取供决策使用的排序规则.最后,将该决策方法应用于航材偏好选址问题,决策结果说明了该方法的可行性和有效性.
This paper studies the multi-criteria decision-making problem from the perspective of ordinal relations and proposes a systematic process of multi-criteria decision-making method based on ordinal relation and rough set theory. Aimed at the defects of information loss and inconsistent information table of traditional qualitative conversion method, Quantitative conversion method, the ordered table is converted into a pair of comparison tables.An improved RG sequence rule mining algorithm based on rough sets is given and applied to every pair of comparison tables to get the rules for decision-making.Finally, The decision method is applied to the navigation material preference location problem. The decision-making result shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
