我场一台上海—50在检修中,换了活塞环后试车起动,中小油门运转正常,只是排气管轻微排机油。但是加大油门后,出现飞车,多次起动,仍然如此。机手认为是高压油泵的问题,更换了新油泵后,故障仍未排除。经检查分析,油泵调速器运转灵活,工况正常,当大油门出现“飞车”时,调速器已将柱塞控制在停油位置上;油泵停止供油,而发动机转速有增无减;空气滤清器油盘机油也不多。鉴于该车检修中,仅换了活塞环,飞车时排气管冒出浓烈蓝烟,且大量排机油,于是断定飞车的原因来自活塞环。当抽出活塞时发现:组合油环深埋槽内,未与缸壁接触,没有
