本研究对脑肿瘤手术前后血浆内皮素-1含量变化进行了研究和分析。方法:采用均相放射免疫竞争方法直接测定37例脑肿瘤患者和24例对照血浆ET-1含量。结果:脑瘤患者浆ET-1含量为71.014%pg/ml,比对照组53.352pg/ml和标准值50.8pg/ml高,有统计学意义。术后第二天血浆ET-1含量比术前和术后第八天低,术后第八天比术前血浆ET-1含量低,均有统计学差异.脑膜瘤、胶质瘤和垂体瘤患者术前血浆ET-1含量均比对照组高,不同病理类型的脑肿瘤患者术后血浆ET-1与术前比较均下降,但无显著性差异。结论:ET-1除参与脑肿瘤的发生、发展和分化过程外,还参与手术前后脑血流的调节。
This study of brain tumor before and after surgery plasma endothelin-1 content changes were studied and analyzed. Methods: The content of plasma ET-1 in 37 patients with brain tumor and 24 patients in control group were determined by homogeneous radioimmunoassay. Results: The content of plasma ET-1 in brain tumor patients was 71.014% pg / ml, which was significantly higher than 53.352pg / ml in control group and 50.8pg / ml in standard value. The level of plasma ET-1 on the second postoperative day was lower than preoperative and postoperative eight days, and the eighth postoperative day was lower than preoperative plasma ET-1 levels. The plasma levels of ET-1 in patients with meningioma, glioma and pituitary tumor were higher than those in control group. The plasma levels of ET-1 in patients with different pathological types of brain tumor decreased compared with those before operation, but no significant difference was found. Conclusion: ET-1 is involved in the development of cerebral neoplasm, development and differentiation process, and is involved in the regulation of cerebral blood flow before and after surgery.
