我国企业铁路日常管理工作中,最为重要的就是安全管理,确保铁路安全运行是企业铁路管理工作中最为核心的环节。企业铁路的各级管理机构都应在安全管理工作领域中尽一份力,工会组织更应发挥组织完善、机构健全、承上启下、密切联系基层职工的组织优势,将安全文化元素渗透到工会工作中,使其为企业铁路安全生产运输做好服务,让工会工作与安全管理相互融合,相互促进,相辅相成,相得益彰,形成党政认可、企业欢迎、职工受益多方满意的群众组织。
