沈阳～大连高速公路，全长375km,自1990年全线正式通车以来，公路交通流量迅速增加，不仅在节约运输费用、缩短运行时间、降低交通事故和减少货物破损等方面创造了可观的直接经济效益，而且也为完善辽宁省交通运输体系、提高综合运输能力、促进辽东半岛经济发展和扩大对外开放做出了积极的贡献。本文分析评价其在宏观领域所取得的社会效益，并就更好地发挥作用提出对策建议。
