1 病例报告患者男,19岁,战士。2003—06—10晚熄灯就寝后不慎从上铺床坠地而致伤。当时即感左肘关节肿胀剧痛,左手及前臂麻木,不能活动。急送医院诊治。查体:左肘关节肿胀,呈弹性固定约135°半屈曲位,肘后上部凹陷空虚,失去正常肘后三角关系,压痛广泛,活动不能。X线片显示:左肘关节后脱位,无骨折。经局麻后
