鉴于煤矿井下封闭、可燃性气体多,矿用本安电源及各种电气设备均须稳定可靠。针对输入电压突变时产生的过电压或过电流易引发电火花等危险,以降压型buck变换器为例,对连续导电模式下变换器的输出电压的动态特性进行了建模分析,探索了开关变换器的设计准则,得出了系统产生过冲电压的条件、幅值及频率,并利用PSPICE仿真和实验进行了验证。结果表明理论分析是正确的。
