在互联网时代下,通信维护工作要一改传统作法、适应新的形式,这对通信维护相关企业来说既是机遇也是挑战。通信行业想要获得竞争中的胜利,首先要加强客户服务体验,而提高服务质量主要取决于设备性能的稳定与否,因此通信维护工作至关重要,对于维护工作的管理也不容马虎。本文结合实践经验分析了传统的通信维护方式的优点和缺点,研究了在互联网时代下通信维护工作的特征,并提出了几点建议。
In the era of the Internet, the maintenance of communications needs to change the traditional practice and adapt to the new form, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the communications maintenance related enterprises. To win the competition, the communications industry first of all needs to enhance the customer service experience. To improve the service quality depends mainly on the stability of equipment performance. Therefore, the maintenance of communications is of utmost importance and the management of maintenance work can not be careless. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional communication maintenance methods are analyzed based on practical experience. The characteristics of communication maintenance in the Internet era are studied and some suggestions are put forward.
