高职院校档案管理是一项基础性强、服务性高的文书工作,是学校开展各项工作的重要依据,随着高职教育的不断改革和深化,高职院校档案工作内容的范围也在快速的扩大,档案作为学校历史的真实记录具有非常深远的意义,档案的管理涉及到教学、科研、建设等方面的实践活动的记录,是学校历史发展进程的真实材料,有利于人们全面的了解学校的历史和日后进行科学研究。现阶段我国高职院校的档案管理工作仍存在着很多的不足,本文针对问题找到解决的策略。
